Karl Obayi is admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

He is also a Barrister and Solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Nigeria (LL.B, B.L)

Karl Obayi has more than 20years combined experience in the practice of law and the use of computer evidence to formulate and implement strategies to gain leverage in legal disputes.

Qualifications:

A former University Law Lecturer for many years and Moot Court Judge.

Qualified and practiced as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) for more than a decade. Also qualified and practiced as a Cisco Network Engineer (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). A Chartered member and certified Microsoft systems Administrator (MCSA), delivering lectures and seminars in advanced Computer technology, information technology Law and  Computer forensic investigations.

Presently, a Certified Computer forensic investigator (CHFI) with expertise in Computer forensic evidence, Mobile phone evidence and digital document discovery.

He is a member of many professional organisations including the Law Society international division, The British Computer Society (MBCS) ,The Society of Computers and law United Kingdom and Ireland
