  Consultation   

 In civil or criminal matters, we start, by offering an analysis of your case theory or electronic document discovery requirements. Where available we then proceed to analyse any existing adverse report and proof of evidence.

In civil matters we assist with early case assessment and the mapping of
  relevant electronic document universe. An initial report is produced reflecting a probative line of action and a strategy map going forward.

    Case analysis

For criminal matters, upon the receipt of relevant digital evidence files or image, evidence is reprocessed, reviewed and analysed, in our own standard digital forensic laboratory.

 In civil matters, we employ the use of our in house platform to assist with the formulation of  keyword search, edocument source and custodian identification, coding, de duplication, edocument conversion and provide a presentation platform with an auditable and defensible litigation protocol.

  Representation

We bring on board, technical advantage. As specialist advocates in your team, we provide the strategy map for the use of digital evidence, we undertake the examination, cross examination of digital forensic expert witnesses and electronic document custodians.

In civil matters, we support your team in the technical presentation of electronic evidence. We deploy and manage our own presentation equipment and specialised software during litigation -
